Q: I am seeing a blank screen after I log into DataCast. How can I fix this?

A: If you are using Chrome - if a blank screen appears, then you will need to click the icon on the right end of the URL bar and click the link “load unsafe script.”
If you are using Internet Explorer - Internet Explorer will ask you if you want to load secure and non-secure items. Select Yes or OK.
